Coleman is a founding member and partner of Liminal Collective.

He works with teams and leaders at the tactical, execution level of their organizations, where teaming and leadership really happen. Coleman had a long career as part of the Naval Special Warfare community, on active duty, as an instructor and as director of human performance for the SEALs. He is also co-founder and principal of the MissionCritical Team Institute (MCTI), where expert instructors in medicine, fire, law enforcement or special ops can develop responses to extreme environments.

Coleman is an educator and advisor to numerous college and professional athletic teams as well as a key member of several veteran nonprofit organizations.
